Sing into the city Sing and set us free Sing into another day Let’s sing ourselves to sleep Find your voice now Use your voice now Sing into the sunrise Sing your hopes and dreams Sing to me with hands held closely Let’s sing our souls to peace Find your voice now Use your voice now Sing, your voice so sleepy Sing to call your dreams Singing from the passenger seat Singing through the streets Find your voice now Use your voice now

Sylvia gives daisies and Eats her meals alone Sylvia’s smile is Wearing thin Always solitude Is all she’s ever known Isolation’s all she Imagines Sylvia gives lilacs and Goes to bed alone Sylvia’s pillows have been Squeezed too thin. Always solitude Is all she’s ever known Isolation’s all she Imagines Hey, Sylvia You belong here and now Sylvia gives roses and Makes love on her own Sylvia’s sighs are Hushed and thinned Always solitude Is all she’s ever known Isolation’s all she Imagines Hey, Sylvia You belong here and now

Brought in Feeding off her pain Brought in A place to call her tribe Brought in A place to think she’s safe Brought in Hating those outside So long sane world (there it goes) Hannah’s soul gone comatose Grafted Right into her brain Grafted Into her every breath Grafted To every word she’s sayin’ Grafted Sewn into her breasts The stitches wore away Hannah’s back to stay Coming home coming home Coming home coming home Coming home coming home Coming home coming home New chance And a set of keys Cared for No longer asleep New friend Set each other free Tonight Drive to the city Coming home Drive each other home

Your eyes are not as dead as you think And anybody who has been there can see If you need some more strength you just gotta speak When all that strength inside feels like it might break You're not as gone not as gone as you think You're not as lonely not alone as it seems You're not as fucked up not as fucked as you think You're not alone because you're just like me You’re not as fucked up as you think You’re not as fucked up as you think You’re not as fucked up as you think You’re not as fucked up as you think Plain sight You’re hiding in plain sight We’re hiding in plain sight In plain sight

Watch Out 06:06
(The Tyrants) Watch out for Nicky the Weird He’s wrong, oh, didn’t you hear? That awful loser guy We better fuck him up That loser ain’t one of us No other reason why Weird fucking loser Nicky Screams when you make him bleed Now cry, loser, cry (Nicky, singing out of the car window) I don’t know Hannah and I don’t know why She gave me her keys and she told me to drive She says that it’s better on the other side Of this last fateful night and the next sunrise Find ourselves here Find ourselves now (Today, waiting in the City) Watch out for Nicky our friend Treat him kindly when He finally arrives Just like was done for you Please help tend his wounds True love can never be shy True love can never be shy.

Here In Now 02:56
You’re not pretty enough? Well, you’re beautiful to me You’re not angry enough? Well, I’d love to see you happy You’re not happy, it’s tough But you already know how Because you’re already present Right here in Now Eyes closed on a dark street Hand in hand are we free No shame now, feel happy This is meant to be

If I dream of you tonight As you are As you are That would be the brightest part Of this day by far As you are As you are As you are As you are.

about

A Road Trip to a Place to Belong.

Into Now is a 9 song concept album about four characters - Hannah, Nicky, Aaron, and Sylvia. They have heard a call. They have made the choice to seek healing and belonging with each other.

Inspired in spirit by Clive Baker's Imajica and Herman Hesse's Siddhartha. Inspired in sound by punk, dreampop, and eclectic alt rock.

This release includes a PDF of liner notes, lyrics, plus a deeper look at the story.

about

Arcanasphere Austin, Texas

Arcanasphere creates reverb-heavy alt-rock from Austin, TX. I draw inspiration from goth, post-shoegaze, introspective pop punk, live theater, & electronic/hybrid music.
Theater training & performances influence the mood and lyrical content. Art is the safest place to look into our own souls. Each song is a love letter to our wishes & dreams.
